I want commercial space in delhi/NCR, Please tell me the real estate agents that help me?
Do we owe commission to the real estate agents?
both seller and buyer us were represented by agents at the point we were under contract on a house. based on the home inspection, and the seller's reluctance to negotiate for repairs, we backed out. now the the seller is going the FSBO route, and our Buyer Broker Agreement has also expired. Can we work directly with the seller at this point and avoid agent commissions? Is there a typical duration that both seller and buyer must wait before they no longer owe their agents?
How does the real estate agent get paid when they're helping someone house hunt?
I wasn't sure how to word the question but I was just wondering something. We are moving in November or even sooner and we are wanting to pay cash for a house. We are on a limited budget but I know how important a real estate agent is in our search for our perfect home. My question is, do we pay the agent separately from purchasing the house? Is the agent's fees included in the price? Or what? Thanks.
How do I stop the real estate agent from renting out a property?
I just moved out of a unit because it is disgustingly filthy, is full of mould and has a serious water leakage, causing the structure to rot. As the owners renting agent decided their profit is more important than a persons health, nothing was done to fix replace urgent repairs. This unit is also about 50years old and mostly original.I was constantly sick from the condition of the property, and even tho the owner and agent are FULLY aware of the conditions, they are re renting the property to another poor, unsuspecting person. And at $70 a week more Can I do anything about this? The place is a health hazard and their complete lack of care is disgusting.I don't want another person to have to live in the same terrible property. Also keep in mind that it looks fine on first impressions.I really love it when people DONT read the question properly An EXTRA $70 a week, now making this property $400 a week to rent in Sydney. The mould didn't start until after the pipe started to leak, which was about 4 months ago, which was reported to the agent, who sent out a plumber to investigate, but the owner decided it was going to cost too much, so they ignored it.I DO have proof, I have numerous copies of requests for repair which were ignored and I also have the backing from the plumber who did the inspection. After it wa clear that nothing was going to be done about it I then went looking for another property. And if you know anything about property in Sydney, you would know that demand is high but supply is low and it took me 2 months to find another place to live. Now the reason I haven't reported it to any authorities yet is because I have not yet received my rental bond back, which is worth a decent amount to me, and if i were to 'dob' in the agent beforehand, I'm po

How do I ensure my offer to buy a property in NYC is sent to the bank by the Real Estate Agent?
We made this offer on a property, The Real Estate Agent, who is the contact for the seller, seems to be avoiding us. The Agent ask us to left our offer in a folder on his desk in his office . We want to get the property and think we've made a reasonable offer, but its very frustrating.
Do you have to use the real estate agent that shows you a home first?
We started using a real estate agent that we met at an open house and we ended up loosing a home we loved because they were not very good. We have found a new agent but wondered if we want to make an offer on a home we saw with the prior agent if we have to use them because they showed us the home first?
In Victoria, is the real estate agent legally required to have a copy of the keys to the property?
See Question. If you need more information ask.
Do you think the real estate agent will let me view my grandmothers old house even if I'm not buying?
I grew up there and the people who bought it after she was put in the nursing home , have finally moved. She is gone now, but I just really want to see it again.
Should I offer the real estate agent two months rent in advance to better my chances of securing a property?
We are looking in melbourne for a place to rent, and we are getting desparate. A couple of times we offered more than the asking price of rent per week, but we weren't sure if that was kosher with the real estate agent... We are wondering if offering two months rent up front would improve our chances or just write us off?Has anyone had any experiences in offering real estate agents more money? Thanks, Hugh
Should I sue the real estate agent or the owner of the property?
Long story short...I'm going to small claims court to get money I invested in a mortgage process and punitive damages for a house I was trying to buy. Basically, the square footage on the property was misrepresented, which caused the comparable used for appraisal to be incorrect which means the listing price was incorrect which means that the appraisal came in 20k under the agreed upon value. The bank obviously won't loan you money above the appraised value of a home which means I was left with either bringing 20k to the table above the appraised value or having the offer fall through. Here's the kicker, I'm not the first person to try to buy this house and I talked to the previous buyer. They said that when they had their appraisal done the correct square footage was discovered and that killed their deal too b c the seller wouldn't renegotiate w the lower appraisal. The lower appraisal and incorrect square footage was never disclosed to us. They simply re listed the property w the same bogus info and hoped that the appraisal would come in different which it didn't. Now I find out yesterday that they just re listed the property w the same bad info. They knew that the house was being listed at much more than the appraisal so I would need to bring lots of cash over the loan amount to get the property but never disclosed any of this until the bank's appraisal valued the property at 20k below the listing. We spent almost a month waiting on this house in good faith but they knew or should have known that the loan had no chance of working as constituted. My guessing is that they were hoping a new appraisal wouldn't pick up on the square footage error. I want the money I spent applying for the loan and punitive damages for intentionally neglecting to disclose the prior independent appraisal well below the listing price and intentionally neglecting to mention the square footage. Who is liable? The selling agent or actual seller?
Who pays the real estate agent's commission?
The buyer or the seller of the house? or both? Thanks.
If the real estate agent representing the Buyer knows of a flooding problem, must they disclose this informati?
If the real estate agent representing the Buyer knows of a flooding problem, must they disclose this information to the buyer? Is it unethical if they do not?
