Can a real estate agent sell land? if not who do you contact to purchase land?
Looking to sell land?
I currently have land for sale in Wisconsin. 10 acres, about 50 % wooded, worth around 55k. I haven't been able to find a legit website to put up an ad. What would be the easiest and fastest way to sell the land?
Land contract agreement question. Can someone sell land after i paid them a down payment in writting?
i just paid $1500 down on piece of land that a lady wanted $5000 for. We aggreed in writting that I would pay the other $3500 in 2 weeks. We had this agreement notarized and everything as well. She will now not answer my phone calls plus an uncle of mine that i have'nt spoke to in a long time is telling my grandmother that he went and piad her for the land yesterday? Can they do this legally? What should I do if this has happened? I am also affraid that the lady will try and hide from me until my contract with her up? Any advice would be greatly appreciated I just found out that she did sell the land and my uncle does have a deed for it now? Any advice as what I need to do?

Should I sell land to my neighbour?
My neighbour and myself both have large rear gardens, I have planning permission for a house with access to the side of my house, my neighbour's house takes up the width of their site so they have no access to the rear unless I allow them access through my site. They have offered me a considerable sum of money as this would be their only means of access to their land but should I agree to it as it will mean more traffic going down the side of my house?

I am asking if anybody has ever sold land but in the contract stated that the sellers are the builder's of the home. My husband is a house builder and we own some land that we want to sell, but we want to give the buyers the opportunity to decide on the house plans that they want to build. I am selling my mothers piece of property for her, and I want to sell it on ebay. I'm going to be starting the bid at 50,000$, that being the bottom price of what she wants for it. My question is, is the 35$ insertion fee the only fee there is? Is it best to list it as the entire price for the bid, or a smaller bid for a down payment and the remainder being paid at signing? When I sell it, do I need to have a closer, or can she close the deal on her own? Is there anything else I need to know about selling land on ebay?
Should I rebuild house after fire or sell land?
A rental house we have owned burnt down. The house is in out of state and none of the owners live near it now. We have been approached by a builder who will build a house on his dime and give us the appraised value of the land when it sells. He would finance the house. The alternative is for me to put a modular house on it but I would have to manage the property remotely using a local construction manager most likely and then either re rent it or sell it. I have a lot of free time and I wouldn't mind getting some experience managing a project like this. Any advice.As per the real estate contact, we would have lawyers draw it up. I'm not concerned about the legitimacy of the builderRight, I wouldn't really manage the building. I misspoke. There would be a construction manager.
