I put a bid in on a short sale, owner accepted bank has not responed. can i bid on another house i just found?
i dont want to wait for the bank and have them reject it while this house ends up getting bid on by someone else. any advice? so i would have 2 bids in on 2 homes. is that legal?
Land sales owner finance?
Had a contract all made up. Stated restrictions etc. that are recorded in the deed book in the register's office. After the buyers complained for five minutes in front of the notary and my husband encouraged be to not worry about it, nobody around here cares about restrictions. The buyers wife said she worked at an attorney's office and it would be fine, after much pressure I finally wrote at the bottom of the contract that as applies to lot rule 17 does not apply to this lot. 17 stating covenants and restrictions only apply to this lot. We both signed and also the notary. I've been up since 4am worrying that I've royally messed up. Do I have any time to change my mind?
