Does anyone have any experience with short sale houses for sale?
On saturday night we put an offer of $116,500 with them paying 6 % seller consessions. The listing price was $119,900, but a short sale 30 days or less, which they owe the bank $138,000. Im just wondering if anyone has experience with this, and if they think we will get the house or if our offer was too low. They said at the max it would take 2 weeks for them to come back with an answer, im super excited im just worried because in the mean time they r taking multiple offers if people are putting any in. I was also wondering how long after if a short sale home doesnt sell, does it go into foreclosure?
