Leaseholds on the rightmove website?
I'm a little confused about how leaseholds are explained on the right move website. Say for example this cafe, it's got 39,950 as the price, leasehold, but also says, " We understand that the ground floor business premises are occupied under a 10 year lease from August 2003, with 3 year rent reviews, whilst the remainder of the premises is held on a separate lease over the same period. The total passing rent is 20,240 per annum exclusive" Does this mean if you 'bought' the remaining leasehold you'd also have to pay 20,240 rent aswell?Thanks in advance

Does anyone know how much primelocation, rightmove and findaproperty.com charges to list houses with them? Do you have to do it through an estate agent or can you do it yourself. Private house selling UK - who advertises on rightmove.com?
I am looking for a company that sells properties privately ie without an estate agent I was under the impression that a company called 'thelittlehousecompany' put the properties on rightmove.com but looking at their website, it doesnt appear that they do.Does anyone know of any private property sales companies, that advertise on rightmove.com?thankswell whatever its called, you use a company like for instance 'thelittlehousecompany', you pay them a couple of hundred pounds, and then they put your property in the newspapers, online with different sites, provide a board etc. But you the seller, handle all the information, the viewings, the phone calls etc, so you are doing it yourself, not the agency company
