I need help, do I want to change careers to interior design, and I don't know if it is the right move, help me
I am currently working on a degree in Human Services. I recently realized I don't care about other people's problems, so, I talked to the design director and she gave me nothing but things I want to here, but I am still stuck, because I dont want to change majors, pay all that money, and five years from now, not find a job because of the slump in the housing market or something else that goes wrong with this country. I live in Michigan, so I know I would have to move, so that is not the issue, I need to hear from some one who is in the field, that will give me a better understanding of what I would be getting myself into. If it was just me, I would do it, but I have a family to support, so someone please help me make up my mind

I am working as a business analyst in IT company since 3 years, had done MBA from top business school now I have planed to open a software company with 3 to 4 employee in Pondicherry Chennai ECR Road , this 3 to 4 people only call to Europe, UAE and Fix the appointment for me with clients.I have gained experience in Hospital management System, Retail, Employee Pay Roll, HRM and Engineering services so planning to start kind of services in initial stage.I am from agriculture family if I fell down its difficult to get back in my life and explain to my people.1 What do u think is it right move?2 How can minimize the Business s cost in beginning stage?3 Shall I go with partnership with some one? or should I start alone ? my one of friend is ready but he is non software field so I only workout all business strategy and need to get projects for company Please tell your view Friends...
Am I making the right moves in becoming debt free?
I have two credit cards one is mine the other my wife . They are both 0 % until july next year. I haven't charged anything on them for the past year. I also plan to shop around for the same teaser rate when July comes around transfer balance I also have a loan with 1 year same as cash. the balance is very low and will be paid in April. No finance charges. My home has a market value 185,000. the balance is 155,000.
I want to resign from my new job...Am I doing the right move?
I'm a bank employee. I resigned from my first job which I've been with for 5yrs and transferred from another company thinking that it can give me the chance to have a better career & a higher compensation....but i guess everything turns out to be worst...I've been reporting with this new company for a month & I havent received my salary..... They are pressuring me to market accounts & loans make me believe that I'm responsible for it, yet what I have read in my appointment I'm just a loan assistant..I asked them for a copy of my job description and they can't give me one....I'm really getting stressed with all this fake thing and I really want to quit
Is it the right move for my divorced uncle to buy a house if he is the only one that is going to live in it?
He is about 50 and has no kids. My aunt got their house in the settlement. He says the house is going to cost about $300,000. He makes good money because he is an electrical engineer and is always at his job like 12 or more hours a day. He won't have much time at home and don't see the reason for buying a house in this down market. I have a good job now, but very boring and uninteresting. I am a very sociable person and always wanted to work in retail, specifically a high end store and be able to interact with people.
