How do residential real estate trades work?
I'm looking at a house that a person listed to trade. It would be an owner to owner swap. At least one owner uses it as the principal residence. I am not interested in tax exchanges or other things, just a trade swap of property.
Trade residential real estate?
I am a little confused as to how a house can be listed for both sale on MLS and trade elsewhere. Would the realtor be involved and take commission on one or both of the houses in the trade? Or would the seller just choose to leave the realtor out since they had marketed it as a trade themselves?I'm referring to a home to home trade between owners not an exchange or tax thing . At least one home is the principal residence of the owner. Hope that helps

I'm looking at condos downtown Cincinnati, near a future casino. It's not a crapy riverboat, I'm pretty sure it's going to be very nice. I know it will be good for commercial property but curious about residential.

What is my job title? I work in residential real estate.?
I would like someone to help me come up with the best possible title for the work I do for my resume.The company I work for manages 23 different residential properties .I enter ALL the rent for all 23 properties thousands of checks I do ALL the move out paperwork which either issue refunds, or owe statements. I set up all the new leases in our system do all the renewals. I go to the bank twice a day to make deposits. I feel that what I do is more than administrative assistant and I am trying to narrow it to something more prominent. thank you

Who makes more money, a residential Real Estate Salesperson or a Commercial Salesperson?
I am just getting into RE and I can go either way. I suspect that the commercial agent has the potential to do better because the prices are higher.
