Has anyone used homestarsearch.com to rent a property?
I'm looking to rent a property that has been repossesed . ANY IDEAS HOW ?
We have two dogs and two cats so renting properties is not easy. Would like to rent in the Chichester area & think renting a reposession straight from a mortgage company might be the best answer.Would appreciate any info or advice from people in the know. Thank you

Two friends and I are looking to rent a 3 bed flat, two of us have jobs and the other is looking for a job but is claiming JSA and housing benefit. Most place we have looked at wont accept housing benefit and as the 3rd person has no employer at the moment she cannot prove that she will be able to pay the rent.She has a job lined up and i know she will be able to cover the rent as it is a friend of the family and not a stranger so it is not a problem to me just the estate agents.Can me and my other friend rent a 3 bed flat and just our names on the contract?Is this classed as sub letting?
