Hi. I'm browsing through mlslistings.com and realtor.com and I'm getting annoyed that 50 % of the homes on the search results are " pending" , and that I can't seem to filter them out. As a buyer, I obviously want to only search for homes that are " active" so that my offer can be promplty considered. I've tried other sites, but sometimes the other sites are not as accurate as mlslistings.com and realtor.com. Is there a way i can filter the " pendings" out or is there another trusted, accurate, detailed website that I can use? PS. Looking for home in CA
