Need help with this ?I got forclosed on without bieng officially notified by a sheriff or a certified letter they have a document that was signed by a notery public that they sent the notification my question is this from an artical I found on the web as to how true this is , FHA foreclosure laws require that your lender provide you with a booklet entitled " How to Avoid Foreclosure" . They must also meet with you in person to discuss a pre foreclosure review and options to prevent your foreclosure before they can foreclose. Hi, i live in a complex where theres 9 units amd they are all looked after by the same realestate i trod on a nail in the driveway which went thrugh my thong and lodged about a cm in my foot, if i cant go to work cause i cant walk can the realestate by liable?? Pls help. Thanks.
Can I sue my realestate for falsely giving me a bad reference?
I was living at a property 1 year ago, and 3 weeks before I was going to move the hot water system busted and water was poring out, so I had to turn the mains off. It took 4 days for the real estate to get it repaired, and the person who repaired it said that it needed to be replaced as he could only fix it temperarily, any way that only lasted 4 days before it broke again. The landlord wanted to try and fix it himself but we declined as it involved gas and only a licenced plumber is allowed to fix it.Moving on the last 2 weeks of our tenancy we had no water at all and when we moved out the landlord and realestate wanted compensation as we were unable to get the carpets cleaned or wash the walls. They were only awarded $100 yay.Moving onto today I have been applying for rental properties and that realestate is saying that they needed to take us to court to be compensated because of how the property was left.... they are not mentioning anything else. Now myself and my 3 children will be homeless in 3 days time as no real estate wants a bar of us. Should I sue please helpsorry I live in Melbourne Australia if that helps and I am a great tenant who keeps there house very clean and I always pay the rent on time thank you for the answers do far but by what they are saying they are putting us in a bad light, as tenants we did nothing wrong and now we cant get a reantal property, it was not our fault that we had no water and we were great tenants, but they only mention the negitive things so it is not the whole truth. We offered the real estate apon vacating a pre paid voucher for the carpets to get cleaned, when we vacated but they declinded. I feel that we did everythng right and now we cant rent again They do not say that we always paid our rent and that due to the curcumstances it was imposable to get the carpets cleaned. By the way when we went to the tribunal the judge soent 15 minutes yelling at the real estate for doing the wrong thing and not fixing the water. In a seperate hearing we were compensated $1000 for not having running water, ontop of all of this while we were renting there was a flood in the kitchen so the kitchen was ripped up for 6 weeks and was un usable.thanks

I'm in high school, I wanna become a realestate agent pretty bad, it's just I dont wanna start doing it then the economy goes down or something else,what does it take to be a " successfull" real estate agent. I'm still young but want tips from the experienced, first off I'm good at talking to people I'm hard working I have neat handwriting, I'm organized. I'm good at pointing out things I'm good at taking picturesanyone wanna give me any tips?? I don't wanna go to college for this either
