HOA fees on real estate sites?
I'm a fairly new grad and am looking for place of my own. I've been looking at condos and on the websites for different real estate agencies the HOA fees are just listed as is. Some are like 200 dollars. Is that what I would have to pay monthly or is the bi annual or total yearly HOA fee? I'm very new to this stuff and my parents are just as clueless.

Why do some real estate sites seem to be carbon copies of each other?
and second why do real estate sites differ on how long something has been on the market for. There were some properties I saw for sale and on one website it said the home had been on the market for 5 or 6 days another website said over 200 days another said it had been on the market for 5 or 6 days when I know for a fact that it has been on the market for months. Also one website has a home listed as a new listing when it will be have been listed on other websites for weeks.

How should I advertise my real estate site?
Hi Everyone,I am trying to get some advise on advertising my real estate website? I built this site myself and need some assistance on how I can get the public to add listings on my site. I have started advertising it on Google Ads for now. A lot of people like to advertise their listings on a good quality website for free. My aim has been to allow free listings for a given period of time before charging a small amount later for the listings. I am not sure whether I should contact real estate agents by inviting them to list their property listings on my site Is this a good idea given that they have their own site to list them?Any comments or advise would be greatly appreciated. Real estate sites, foreclosures... is it really a good deal?
My husband and I are in the process of buying a house for the last 4 months. For different reasons that are beyond our control the closing date is posponed everytime. We are tired. I quit my job because we were supposed to move. So if we apply for a loan for another house we won't get it, so we thought to go back renting for a year or two. But then I found an ad about people looking for tenants to take over their morgages. This info came from a site selling lists of such preforeclosed houses. They claim that they have listings of houses that we can get without going through the process of checking of our credit and jobs, without having to get a loan. Can I trust to pay money to this site for the listings? Who should I talk to for legal questions? That sounds like a good opporunity for us, but is it real?
