Is there a real estate search site that lets you specify the maximum number of bedrooms and baths?
All the major real estate search engines let you choose the minimum number of bedrooms or bathrooms you're looking for. What I want is a maximum number. I don't want to see listings with MORE than 2.5 baths or 3 bedrooms. Anyone know a good usable site that does this?Please note realtor.com does not work as it only lets you choose the minimum number of bedrooms. 2 , 3 , etc. I want to set the maximum number of bedrooms so my search results are not cluttered with five bedroom homes. Where is the OFFICIAL MLS site for real estate searches?
I just want a free site where I can search all the MLS listings in my area, for sale and foreclosures, without all the garbabe. I don't want to have to sign up for a trial or get called by a " REALTOR" . I just want to take a few hours a day for a week or so and investigate, on my own, potential properties of interest in my area. I'm on a hunt for a bargain. I want the worst house in the best neighborhood I can afford that is being offered way too cheap because nobody is willing to fix it up themselves and a flipper hasn't made it there yet. Where is this website, I came to it a long time ago and should have bookmarked it... now all I can find are these knockoffs that try to charge you.

I've looked at a number of search engines but they all seem to be lacking in the filter criteria. I would like to use a search engine that will let me search not only by the basics bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. but also by more specific things like type of house exclude ranches or amenities 2 car garage etc. Any ideas?

My husband is looking to buy a building to use for automotive work both personal and on the side for others . I used to search the MLS website but that doesn't seem to be working anymore. I can't find another website that doesn't require a membership and actually has a good number of listings. Does anyone know of a good site? if it helps, I'm in Michigan. Thanks I have tried Loopnet, they only give a limited number of listings for free. After that you have to purchase a membership. I don't want to do that, so loopnet is out. I'm looking for a FREE site.

Best real estate search website?
A few months ago, I found a great real estate relocation website... but I cant find it anymore, I forgot the site name.It was very powerful, with a map based approach with scroll bar to automatically filter based on price, square footage, etc... you didn't have to wait for pages loading all the time...It also add very detailed report on neighbourhoods, schools, etc... with great graphics...The name seemed easy to remember so I didn't bother adding a favorite... I've spent countless hours trying to find it again... without luck...Its not Trulia.com... it was much better than that It's not Zillow either...

I cannot find my listing in the real estate search?
A week ago I listed a property in real estate for sale. I paid extra for the enhanced listing. I can locate the ad in my page search but it is not included when I do a search by city, price range etc. Other properties in the same area and price range appear but not mine. I have no way of contacting Yahoo. Any help would be appreciated.
