What does MortTaxEx and HmTxEx mean on real estate mls listings?

Hello.Anyone knows a site service that provides data feed for real estate listings MLS ?I want to build a site with real estate ads and need a stable source of data.

Indiana REALTOR real estate MLS Question regarding exclusions -?
Just wondering, our realtor we like him, we really do told us that the exclusion list that we provide him with names of just a few people that have seen the house 'by owner' and are somewhat interest, is ony good for 7 or 10 days he couldn't remember whether it was 7 or 10 . That means that these people need to make a contract on our home within seven to ten days of our signing up with him otherwise we have to pay him a commission. I have never heard this before it seems a bit unfair because it often takes people more than 7 10 days to decide about a home yet we brought them in by owner and he would get a commission is they go past that time. Does anyone know about this 'rule' and is it really true??? We are in IN.Thanks

Few real estate (MLS system) websites to search w/ details, pictures, address. Looking in Atlanta & Tampa.?
I know of realtor.com, but don't care for it much. I also check out craigslist. What are some others that maybe show every home that's on the MLS. Including pictures, home info, price, address. Thanks.

QUESTIONS ABOUT real estate MLS listing:?
There are questions I have about the MLS, but I have no idea whom to ask since I have yet found a sponsoring broker. So I was looking up on the internet. Yet the answers to my questions cannot be found. I will be taking my real estate exam for a Salesperson next week so as you see, I'm still inexperienced. If I do not understand it wrong, to get on MLS is important for a real estate salesperson broker. Now, is it necessary to get the information from MLS via cell phone? Or how many ways can the information be obtained? Is there any cost to it? I've planned to become a REALTOR. If it is necessary to obtain the information on the phone, is there a preference in which phone provider to choose T mobile, AT& T etc. ? How does it exactly work?
