Can turning a property with land into a ltd company and trade as a business to be exempt from inheritance tax?
my fathers house and 24 acres will be subject to inheritance tax when he dies. there are 5 fishing lakes on the land that we could rent out and turn it into a business.if the property and land was put into a ltd company, would it pass to me his son as director of the company, without having to sell everything to pay the inheritance tax?

I want to purchase a property with a house and an acre of lands so I can have a large garden and maybe even build a greenhouse later. I consulted with a realtor, and he said I need to make sure the properties I look at have a functional well and septic tank. I've always lived in residential areas, where everything's provided for you so I am unfamiliar with this type of property.So what should I pay attention to when looking for these properties? And why would I need a well and septic tank can't I just connect to the city's water system? Thanks for your help, any suggestions would be appreciated.
