I want to give my property to rent for banks only ,how it is possible?
How can I find a property to rent when I Have a VERY poor credit history?
Myself and my husband was in a sever financial situation and it has left us with huge amounts of debt and very poor credit rating. We are in a situation where we will have to move soon but I can't find anyone who will rent to us, we both work and don't claim any benefits. We have a child and my parents in law may be able to be a guarantor if necessary.Any help would be great, Thanks in advance.
Is it worthwhile buying property to rent out?
I've saved 3 4s of my salary for the past 15 years into a high interest savings account and was recently left a six figure estate in a will that I've added to what I already had. I've been seriously considering buying properties and renting them out, using the funds from my rental income and investing it in buying more property and continuing to do this whilst all the while buying more property and keeping the ones I have at a good standard and fairly priced. Do you recommend I go for this? is it worthwhile being a property landlord? It will be my own money I'm using and I don't need any sort of bank loan or anything, my money is my own.Thanks.
