Anyone know of any websites apart from Gumtree with property to let listings? UK.?
I'm sick of the bloody site of Gumtree I'm looking for a two bedroom flat to rent in London and Gumtree is just riddled with agencies looking for people to rip off I don't want to go with a s h i t t y agency I want to find a private landlord but I don't know of any other websites for this Any suggestions?How about London Newspapers?

then will I get in trouble for occasionaly having my parent's small dog there when they are on holiday unable to look after him?

I am in a rented property where i have nearly lived for 6 months after being evicted. I have a good relationship with my landord and have allway maintained paying the rent since i moved in. I am now looking to move into a larger property as my wife and i have now got a 3rd child. There is a house we like which is with an estate agent the house were in now was through a shop window add. with no agent involved after calling the estate agents in question they want to do a credit check on us which i know we will fail, so is there a way round this?
Would we be in a good position to buy a property to let?
My partner and I live in a flat with no rent, council tax or utilities to pay as they're included in out work package. We don't own a property and we bring home around 2000 a month after tax. Would this put us in a good position to buy a property to rent out? Is it a good idea at the moment? Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi, im Tom and I have just been made homeless as my relationship, and business in the motor trade have both failed. Im still in the same area of Leicestershire and want move away as I cant take seeing her or my old surroundings any longer. I am single, 30 and looking to restart my ventrue when I have found somewhere to live as the council doesnt want to help and im now completely homeless and really need somewhere. I am looking for a one bedroom property anywhere in the UK, as long as its clean and quiet. I am a clean and tidy person and can pay upto about 400.00 per month. I have a very quiet rescue dog max who MUST be allowed, but dont worry he is very very clean and quiet and can be left long times without any problem.
