Will property prices go up or down in india?

Why are apartment/property prices so cheap in Florida?
I am 19 years old and live in the UK, I have always wanted to move out to the US and so recently i have been looking up what prices are like for mostly 2 bedroom apartments on the website rightmove.co.uk overseas property. I seem to find a lot of apartments in Orlando Florida that are really cheap such as 28,000 $46,500 and the pictures look really nice but i am suspicious of these places as it seems too good to be true, take this property for example rightmove.co.uk overseas property property 28975147.html. I cannot understand why it is so cheap, i'm not sure if the area is bad to live in but it's Orlando which i think is near Disneyland so the crime rates can't be that bad can they?I was thinking of trying to buy one once i have saved up enough money and rent it out from in the UK and let tenants live there and pay me the rent money whilst i continue to save and eventually move out there or sell the property in years to come but i am not sure now. They may be completely legit properties but i need advise first.Any help or advise you can give me will be very appreciated.Thank you.

Why are property prices in the UK are this expensive?
What are the main reasons, because the prices are insane at times.

Will property prices finally drop in London, in light of the recent events?
I'm a 22 year old who is looking to become a first time buyer and doesn't want to endure the prospect of renting and making another person rich. I'm consistently dumbfounded by the sheer scale of exaggeration of affordable housing which doesn't match the wages. I wonder if a couple of estate agents who will get their premises smashed into this week, will finally come to the enlightening realization that prices need to drop further for your average hard working Londoner. will they stop telling us that these ghetto's are affluent area and up and coming area's, when really they are just breeding the next generation off yobs. I hope that dirt cheap prices are created in ghetto's such as Ealing, Tottenham, Hackney, Clapham, Lewisham, Enfield. If this is the case i might not be forced to move country, and will have the divine privilege to work and live in the city i was born in. Any advice would be welcome? this is solely just to get a foot on the property ladder, and is not about profit. Many Thanks

Should UK property prices realistically reflect a certain multiple of income locally?
If I asked " do they" I know the answer is no, they don't. The question is as intended, and I would indeed support state intervention in the UK in this matter, as the market is false anyway as things are now. High mortgages are artificially inflating prices, clearly advancing people 6 figure sums they don't have is going to create inflation, to the benefit of the bank, not the buyer, who is being priced out, or the seller, increasingly lacking potential buyers. The UK benefit system which pays the rent of private tenants in receipt of welfare also artificially inflates the prices, pushing ordinary workers out of a market their parents freely had access to. Things are meant to get better for each generation, rather than worse.

Why is it that, even when property prices keep going high, people still buy them?
Like now in the case in toronto, were there are warning signs of a bubble, but people still buy them just beacuse of the low intrest mortgage rates.. what other reason acts as an incentive for them to do so?

What are property prices like in Aroostook County Maine?

Why did property prices never went down in Australia in recession?
Everywhere in the world including US, India, UK... property prices dropped to half of what they were back in 2006 or so... In some cases, the prices went even 1 3rd of original price... Why haven't we seen a big drop in prices in OZ?

Do you think speculating on property prices is a good idea?

Property prices UK only please?
Due to the drop in house prices, I want to ask this.. if a house was worth 229,000 in Dec 2009, what is the price today?you are misunderstanding me.. yes I know that anything is only worth what people want to pay.. but what I am asking is.... the papers say that property prices have dropped by a certain percentage over the last one two three months and so on... SO.... if a property was bought for 229,000 in December 2009, what is the 'on paper' value today?
