When a foreclosed property listing shows the amount left on the loan, is that what a buyer pays?
If not, then why show that amount on the listing? What does that amount do and how much would the listing sell for?I can't find the answer to that question anywhere

Mortgagee property listing removed after a year. Still has not sold?
The private owners had it on the market for several months and their was not much interest the asking price was adequate . A week later the property was resisted with the same agent, this time indicating mortgagee sale no price shown, but the listing had been put down in a lower price range to the previous price, through advance search .The listing has now disappeared after several more moths. I e mailed the agent and she said it is still available. I have not asked why the ad was removed tho. It is a fairly nice house.Could it be that the agent will put up a fresh ad later or something? second line " resisted relisted" Well, it is owned by the bank, don't the have to sell it?

I saw a property listing with " probate" listed in the disclosures. I would guess it means the owner died, and its sold by the estate but can you tell me more? How much influence do listing agents have on REO/foreclosure property list prices?
DH and I found a house we love, but it's not on the market yet. Our realtor showed it to us because it's a property she is getting in a couple weeks. Its owned by Freddie Mac, and it's the best foreclosure I have seen it's move in condition. I asked if it would even be in our price range I was sure it wouldn't be and she said it shouldn't be any more than $60k. She said she needs to find comps in the neighborhood to support a price and she was positive there weren't any to support a price of more than $60k. We were very excited, so when we went back home I researched the house. It foreclosed for $102k in Jan. 2010, and the previous owner had it on the market last year at a list price of $120k. My question is, how much weight does the listing agent's opinion have in the bank setting a list price?I was thinking about them wanting a bidding war, but this is unheard of in my area it literally never happens.
County Tax Assessor/Collector Property Listing Report?
My question is regarding a property listing report by a county tax assessor collection. On the report it mentions a grade, specifically giving the property in question the grade of D . I assume that property grades are not equal to academic grades so I am seeking an answer as to what a property listing report grade means and or is. Thanks in advance
