My friend wants to buy a 1 bed flat. Most flats in Kensington start at 500 a week he's found one for rent at 100 a week the man who has put it up for rent used to live there and now lives in Wales because of his job, said it was cheap because he's a 'non profit' kinda guy..? Does this sound strange?
