If i buy a multifamily home will the income properties be included in my income?
For example if say I make 40k and want to buy a 400k home would the multifamily income be added to my 40k income or do they only include hard income?

i'm thinking about purchasing homes for a rental investment and would like to learn more about this, such as what are my limitations and stipulations? For example, what actions can should be taken if a tenant is late on their rent and is avoiding you, how long does it have to be before legal actions can be taken?, or what kind of stipulations can i put on the lease, such as can i forbid the installation on flat screen t.v.'s on the walls so that huge holes are not made w every new tenant?, or what kind of legal actions can be taken if a tenant has caused damages not wear and tear beyond the deposit? how does one avoid this? and anything else that should be known before going into such business.
Can anybody give me a review on western hills property management/estate?
so im looking to rent this duplex but its all handled by this company. their website is westernhills1.comthe reason im so nervous in to renting a company that doesn't directly own the property is because i've allready had a bad experience with one that was a total fraud. i lost my money and gained nothing, the properties on their listings were either not renting or non existent so if anybody knows about this company and can give me any review on it before i do anything that would be awesome. thank u guys
I want to remortage for 100% to buy similar property is this possible?
I was thinking of trying to get 100 % finance on my house which is owned outright to buy another house of the same value so i could rent it out.I know that buy to let mortgages need around a 25 % deposit which i don't have would the bank take in to consideration that there would be 2 properties against the mortgage making it a more secure loan for them?
Would you buy a house next to a rental property?
My mother is in the process of buying a new build semi. The other newbuild house next door has already sold, and I've just discovered it is available to rent. I haven't told my mother this yet, as I would rather discuss it with her in person when I visit her tomorrow.She has put an offer in on the house and it has been accepted. But is it a good idea to buy a house next to a rental property? I know that any house can become a rental, and it happens all the time. There are loads of rental properties around and plenty of people who are neighbours to them But its my Mum and I'm concerned for a number of reasons, especially as this is something that she has choice about.The house is also near What do you think? Have you lived next to a rental property as an owner occupier?Thanks.PS I have nothing against people who rent...I rent myself and have always been a considerate neighbour and looked after the properties and gardens I have rented. However, I move every couple of years and some people I have lived next door to have some real horror stories from previous tenants. I am currently have other renters on either side and whilst both are very pleasant quiet they don't take great care of the place
