My friend just became a real estate agent and has no experience in web design at all. She would like me to help her with her real estate agent web site. I've designed web sites for people before, but never a real estate site. She couldn't answer this because she didn't really understand... but when you see an agent's site and it has the mls search on it, is that something her company should give her access to, or is it a web designer who should have knowledge of a program that gives you access to this. I am totally new to real estate procedures and options but would love to help her out and kinda think it would be easier to ask this to someone who understands my question. Please help Any advice, sites to go to for directions, or references to other helpful agent tools would be nice. Thanks

I can find lots of sites that are run by realtors.
Can any real estate agent access mls listings and view houses?
I want to be able to access mlslistings, and be able to view the inside of the houses listed there w o calling up a real estate agent. What do I need to do? If I become a real estate agent, can I register somewhere to access the full mlslistings? And am I legally allowed to go inside the houses listed there? Or do I need to be hired by a real estate company broker, and work there full time first? Thanks.
What do abbreviation on mls listings mean?
Sorry for the confusion. I know what MLS stands for, but I was specifically referring to the " status" field. There are abbreviations like " P" for pending and " PB" for pending with backup offers accepted. I would like to know if there is a listing the explains all of these codes.
