Dual agency and pre paid mls listing ethical problem?
I have a pre paid mls listing that I had a local agent input. She will negotiate for me if I choose once I get an offer. I have had a lot of showings already and a couple people that may come back.My question is that the agent that listed for me and I can use to negotiate, wants to show my house to her client. Then she could become a dual agent. She knows my bottom line already and knows the feedback from agents. How is it possible that she would be on both the buyer and my side at the same time? Isn't this unethical?I don't want this to be about pre paid mls listing. There can be dual agents for full service listings as well. How do you respond to agents that want to double dip on commission by being a dual agent? Especially when the whole point of commission is that they are representing your interest.

All the realtors i have contacted are crappy never calling back or just take days to call back. Usually they should be the ones trying to contact us doesnt make any sense. So i was wondering is there anyway we can view full mls listing without being a licensed realtor such as a program i can download or something. Anyone have a password to a web site?? Anything?

If I lower the price on my home will my mls listing appear as a new listing or be promoted in any way on mls?
I am trying to find some creative way to enhance my property on mls when realtors run queries of properties in my area price range. I do not want to withdraw my listing and then have it reposted as a new listing a few days later.

Has anyone else had an MLS listing but did For Sale By Owner for their home in Tennessee?
I want to sell my house myself, and I've heard of flat fee mls listing services that will get your house on the mls, and therefore it would also appear on realtor.com. But I've read little disclaimers that say in Tennessee I can't put a 'for sale by owner' sign on my lawn if I've gotten an mls listing, because there was a broker that had to do the listing for me. This confuses me, as what is the purpose of a flat fee mls service if not for people trying to do for sale by owner?
