What is a good website to search for land for sale in Idaho or Montana?
I'm looking for a good website that lists up to date land for sale in Idaho and Montana with the potential to build a home on it?
Is there any land for sale in Wales that isn't set aside for building?
As some of my ancestors lived in Southern Wales I would like to be able to buy a small piece of land there. I don't particularly want to build anything but so far all I can find for sale are housing plots which, I believe, are more expensive. It might seem silly but I'd like to keep a link to my ancestors by keeping a small patch of land as it is now. Is there perhaps something like the buy a square foot of Scotland offer for Wales? I'd like to get a slightly bigger piece than a square foot ideally but anything would be good.

I sold part of my farm in 2011 for rec land to buyers out of Indianapolis as I live west of Bloomington Indiana. Before I sold a Missouri farm to a New Mexico buyer. I need national ads free or paid ads but I need results not sped alot of my money and not sell this. So these are false assumptions as with a realitor is the only way to sell land its not. I just sold 5 properties without the use of a realitor. In fact I had a realitor list them and he could not sell them where i did. All i need is to connect with the right buyer and find a proper place to advertise. I sold a fish selling farm 22 years ago and the man is still selling fish off that 45 acres now as he called me 5 months ago. I need new different ideas where to advertise to find that one buyer. online land selling sites have not worked for me I paid big money to list there and no sales. Now just one in 330 farms are selling I need to BE that 334 farm now. Big high priced places are selling for over 1 million. I know the market I need a special place to advertise. I already listed several months at online places where realitors advertise. If it was as SIMPLE as put up an ad an pay a fee then it woudl be done and realitors who also advertise there would be sellign land also. last time my special ad place was USA Today newspaper it worked great. But at $400 a DAY ad cost up front money, I question to try it now.respondents to my land ads have been 15 % USA military or Navy SO new SUB question WHERE can i direct mail or find places the Military would read ? A realitor is not going to spend BIG money to sell my land they just want commissions. In fact I cannot even GET a realitor to LIST THIS LAND they refuse me. It seems realitors are just listing now quick sale things liek CROP LAND or fast moving houses. Yes you can get a lessor realitor to list but that woudl just tir your sales up with zero results. Realitors are being selective of what they even LIST now. I am as in my QUESTION looking for PLACES to run ads or PLACES military would read my ads. 2 realitors refused to list my land this month at 6 %

So me and my boyfriend are looking at land to buy. Just looking. Anyways. I found some land that said its 2.5 acre of tract? And its a flood zone X? I don't know what that means, also it was for 20,000$ and its in lousiana. Also where we live. Please help me understand. Is it a goodseal deal and what does flood zone X and tract mean? Land for sale near Portland OR: min 2acre less than 10K?
Currently I live in New York, and would like to move to Oregon. I'm looking for at least 2 acres somewhat near Portland an hour or so away is fine for no more than $10K. I plan to grow my own food so the land can't be desert. I've looked on many sites I've found by googling. I'm looking for someone who may personally know of something in that area. I will be visiting the area the second week of August. Thanks in advance
