I need information on investment in property?
I am looking to buy a property that is 30,000 too expensive for me. I am looking for someone who wants to invest in property over the long term. I saw a website a year ago where you could register your name as an 'Investor' or a 'Buyer' but I can't find it now. Does anyone know about this?the total price of the property is 200,000, it is situated near East Grinstead in West Sussex
I have an investment in property in West Linn OR that I need to short sale but I am worried...?
I bought the condo for $102k and I am thinking I may not get what I paid for it. I live in California and I know that investment property laws are different in each state. I'm just nervous the lenders are going to go after my assets or if I am going to be heavily taxed on anything negative. Any similar experiences or advice?
Can anyone compare investment in property with share market?

Investment in property- read and don't judge.?
Basically I have worked out that at 18 if I'm very prudent with my money I will have 200K worth of cash free to invest every year, which means that I can make some investments in property. I'm thinking I would like to invest in some area's of the country maybe out of London, because you can't get a shoebox for 200k.so what can I get and where for what money?
Investment in property?
Hi, i would be grateful for some advice. I have some money sitting in the bank and am really tempted to invest in property rather than watch me fritter it away to nothing. What concerns me is the inflated market prices and the obvious worry that i'll buy something to let then end up with a load of negative equity which i suppose is what the gamble is all about . I was considering off plan investements where the deposit is lower and obviously the purchase price is a lot lower than the going market rates for nearby properties. Any ideas....better to hold out for the big crash or buy buy buy as the prices are still rising?? Any advice would be welcome.
