Is a realtor required to disclose if there is a rumor a house for sale is haunted?
Could someone claim non disclosure if a realtor doesn't divulge this unsubstantiated neighborhood gossip upon closing?
Is a realtor required to tell buyer about a rumor house for sale is haunted?
What are the laws regarding this? Also horrible neighbors that are drug dealers...In California would be nice. Any links are appreciated.Ty Bayrtx but these are NOT African Americans, ooooo you made a Politically INCORRECT Default statement dude...ugh. anyway. I only stated drug people, now you shouldn't assume. You know what they say about assuming. These are of the Latin persuasion.

My landord has my house for sale and his realtor has crossed the line with me. What are my rights?
London, Ontario I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and my house has been for sale the entire time I have lived here. My landlord fails to sell the house and continues to switch realty companies. This has not been a problem until the recent realtor was hired. This woman has crossed my line on several occasions. She has failed to provide written, 24 hour notice on several occasions and would instead call my cell phone while I am in class. I requested her not to do this but she did anyways. The last time she was here, my boyfriend was in the shower when the people came to view the property. Upon hearing a knock on the door he looked out the front window to see the realtors husband urinating into a cup, which he then took and dumped into the street out front of my house. I called the landlord to complain and he sounds infuriated that this had happened. Later in the day, another group of 6 7 poeple showed up which no written notice was given for . When they left I was very frustrated and phoned the realtor myself, since it was clear that my landlord was doing nothing to resolve the issue. I said to her very clearly which I have previously done before " DO NOT CALL MY CELL PHONE, LOSE MY PHONE NUMBER, I WANT DELIVERED, WRITTEN, 24 HOUR NOTICE which is the law EVERYTIME A SHOWING IS PLANNED " Her response was " Well, why did you answer your phone when I phoned if you were in class" ...I told her she has no right to ask me such questions and that she shouldn't even have my phone number. At this point I included the 'f word' in my response. She then hung up on me. Within 10 minutes, this woman was at my door shouting, with the landlord, while my 3 year old daughter stood in the living. She said " how dare you curse at me You will be in BIG TROUBLE LITTLE GIRL, YOU'LL BE SORRY " then she told me to close my own front door. I told her to get the F off of my porch or I am phoning the police. My landlord just stood there I ended up phoning the police, which did nothing People treat me like I am inferior to them because I am 24 years old I have had enough but I dont know my rights. How is it that these people are allowed to bully me in my own home that I fully pay for every month? I want this lady out of my life and my landlord to pay for this HELP I dont know my rights
Renting a house for sale?
I live in Connecticut and am currently renting a house that is on the market to be sold. The builder has not been able to sell the property for two years and decided to rent. We moved in two months ago, but prior to moving in we specifically asked if he could sell it from under us. He said he would not do that. In our lease, he even crossed out and initialed the line indicating that he could show the house to prospective buyers. Our lease term which is one year...all of which is included in the lease wording.Apparently, the bank is trying to close on his note because the house has been for sale for too long and wants full payment within 10 days. In the meantime we have had a couple come with a real estate agent three times to view the house guessing they are super interested and looking to buy . Here are my questions Can he show the house even though it is in our lease that he can't? If he sells the house, are the new owner's obligated to honor the lease or will we be forced to move within 60 or 90 days? If we are forced to move can I demand the original landlord pay for all costs associated with moving including cancellation fees and return my security deposit? We also have done a lot of work around the house with gardening, etc.....can I demand payment for that?Any answers would be helpful We would like to possibly make a bid on the house at the end of the lease term, but at this time we do not qualify high enough to even come close to winning the bid.Thank you
Why are there so many houses for sale in Bentonville Arkansas?
I moving to Bentonville in the spring and wanted to know why there are so many houses for sale? There are great houses for sale but why are there so many?I am specifically talking about Bentonville arkansas not America as a whole. Im concerned because i might be moving there. It would be helpfully if you are from that area.Is it just the job market?
Why do so many houses for sale not have window coverings?
To me it seems a no brainer that coverings should be left with the house.Maria, or whatever your name is, I just think a person is kind of busy when they are moving. Windows are of different sizes. Window coverings tend to get some abuse from the sun and handling, etc. I'm just saying, it seems natural to leave them, and have the new owner remove them at their leisure, if they are so inclined. I'm really tempted to go with the guy that says the people are just cheap Wait, I thought of another reason to leave them. Once they are removed, it's open season for break ins, since it's like an advertisement that the place is empty. There may be someone another cheap person desperate enough to steal fixtures, doors, etc. And there are always kids around looking for trouble...Taking them does save the new owner the time of removing them although this goes pretty fast. Seems to me this one advantage is outweighed by the drawbacks. If I was looking for a place I wouldn't even consider one without coverings, because I would not want to spend the first few days...first few days getting coverings or exposing my Adonis like body to my new neighbors.Maria, I want you to be honest Did you really throw the coverings away before you had new ones? If so, did you subsequently expose yourself to the neighbors at night?
I see houses for sale for $1. What is the catch and why is no one buying them?
It says Property to be sold subject to 24 CFR206.125. Does this have something to do with having to repair the property? I'm sure it is in a bad neighborhood, but if it is only for $1 and I can take my time to fix it, there has to be some worth right?
