Nice houses with land enough for animals in Nashville?
Ok. My family and I have lived in Rural Tennessee for awhile. We have 3 horses and two dogs. The dogs can live indoors but we have no idea what to do with the horses if we move. We want a nice house in Nashville with at least 7 acres, I think thats enough for three horses. I read that its two acres per horse soo. Can you help me find an area near nashville , at most 15 miles from Nashville, that has this land amount. We can work around the price. I wasn't really looking for one house. more like an area of houses with in this place.

we are trying to buy a house with 5 acres of land. the selling price is $69,900. how much should we bid on this house with out offended the owners and to be fair?? We were thinking $61,000. We are paying the closing cost. We really want the house nad don't want to be over bid.

The buyer is willing to pay guideline value of the property through bank draft. The property is in Chennai India. The sale deed will be made by the buyer when he sell the property to someone else.
