Hi, I live in New York, and I have been recently looking for a beautiful state, where it is warm, and not very cold during the winter. I am sick and tired of the cold weather here in NY. I would also like it to be tornado free. Thus, I would really like cheap house to rent because here in NY everything is expensive. I have children, so a house where there are walking distance schools would be nice. I have a daughter in college, a daughter in high school,and a daughter in middle school. I have seen some very nice houses in Arizona as well Can you guys please help suggest some states where it could be possible for beautiful houses to be cheap, tornado do free, walking distance to schools, and not cold? Please help me out P.s the state needs to have good jobs where you can get well payed
