Is it possible to sell a house to buy new?
I mean, I know it's possible to sell my house for cheap and then buy another house, what I mean is we're upside down $25k loan to value on our current house and I really, really, REALLY want to move. How likely is it that we'd be able to get out from under our current mortgage and into another house without going over our currently monthly payment? Is it possible at all?

2nd house to buy but no deposit?
Hi there, hope someone can help. I am having to move out of my partners house but would like to buy another property. I already own a property which rents out nicely and would like to keep it that way and he is in there ie tenant for another year and pays the bills, rent and extras so its great. However i dont want to move back in there and would like another property of my own to move into instead of moving into my parents house.I work for myself and currently have an accountant, I earn good money and dont have a bad credit rating not that I am aware of or missed any payments would it be possible to buy another property ie 100 % mortgage these days without a deposit? the mortgage isnt that bad and would be looking at either repayment or interest free? any advise of someone I can go to or recommendations on how to go about it?thanks so much xSorry someone mentioned a VA loan what is that? thanks

Hi Everyone,I am getting married next year and we are going to be buying a house after the wedding. At some point we are also going to be needing a new car my car is giving us problems all the time . Should we buy the car before or after we buy the house? Im thinking we should buy the house while we are debt free and then later on buy the car. I would think that mortgage company want to see that we are debt free and dont have any loans that are being paid monthly when we apply.

Living with in laws, which house to buy?
I moved America to Australia 7 months ago to live with me fiance after a 3 year long distance relationship. While I am thankful to finally be with him every day, we are living with his parents, grandmother, and brother, and I feel very unhappy. He comes from a culture that is the total opposite of mine male chauvinist, loud, messy, undereducated, is the most straight forward way to put it . My family whom I lived with until I moved here, was educated, clean, and while flawed, they are what I have always been used to. Thankful that I am that my fiances family is graciously letting us live with them, they pick on me and yell so often that its becoming almost unbearable to live here. I have told my fiance that I want to move out asap. His family has kindly bought us a piece of land to build a house on, so we are already ahead, financially, compared to most young couples. I want to build a single story, decent sized home that we can grow in to when we have children. He wants to buy a huge double story home and basically never move out of it. I think this is unwise because not only do we not know if his job location will change within the next 10 years, as many jobs do, but I do not want to clean a huge, bare double story home when we dont know what out lives hold for us just yet. He wants to live here with his parents for another 2 years in order to save up for this home. I want to move at least within the next year and buy a smaller home. How can I convince him that living here with his very different family is difficult for me emotionally, though I am taken care of financially, and that, if it is, buying a smaller home is a wiser choice?Yes, I love him more than anything. Especially enough for both of us to put up with webcamming after midnight for years just to keep our long distance relationship alive,
