What are the odds that the bank will loan my finace the money and amalgamate put his current loan and future house loan together as one payment his current loan into monthly payments? The only way I can settle is by selling my home and then paying the collection service. I have to sell my home any way to clean up all my debts. But I don't know how I could explain this to the collection service. There so many ways this can go1 I tell them I am selling my house and then they sue and get a judgement.2 I don't say anything, sell the house for cash negotiate a lump sum settlement3 I negotiate a settlement after selling equity in my home to someone4 find some form of legal help to negotiate with the collectors that allows me to sell my house then make payment.I am unemployed, no assets other than my home, if I can sell the home at a fair price then I can settle all my debt. when is all done I may or may not have any money left.I would think that the collection service would be happy to resolve a debt without going through the courts. TEXAS: renting rooms in my home. Is it legal to say in contract only one person per room?
I am wanting to rent out spare bedrooms in my home. I will do so with contracts. Is it legal to say that the named renter is the only person allowed to stay overnight in the room? I am not opposed to double occupancy in rooms, but double occupancy means increased electricity and water consumption. I would want to charge extra, so would need to draw up a different contract with higher rent for double occupancy.
How long do I have to keep someone else's property at my home?
I let a friend stay with me for 3 weeks free of charge. The last week she stayed with me she brought over her mattress and dresser and put it in my outside storage unit and said she would take it when she left. The day she left she said she would come back tomorrow to get it and I was ok with that. That day came and went and she never showed up. She called and said she would come the next day and then that day called and said she didn't have money for gas and would come the next day. It has been over a month. I have called her and left voice mails, facebooked her and nothing. I dont know where she lives. I really want this stuff out of my house. How to find private duty home care jobs?
I recently had a home care job, taking care of a family member, and I really enjoyed it. I know I want to go to nursing school but would like to find non agency home care jobs to help fund that dream. I went to care.com and scoured craiglist but there really isn't any postings in my area. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how I can find someone that needs help in their home? I've heard that people would rather hire privately than go through an agency but how do I find them?
