They Take up to 72 hours to fix errors they enter into the ad MLS Do not reply to email requested for potential buyers I tested this with an alias email address I created and went to realtor.com and asked a question on my house NO RESPONSE from my forsalebyowner listing agent I wonder how often this has happened When requested, the company refuses to assign me a local agent mine is in California and I live in Colorado he knows nothing about my area the agent is reluctant to make changes to the ad MLS we desireMy wife was an agent, so she knows what she's doing.Are other people having the same level of " service" from forsalebyowner, and can I do anything about it?As I said, my wife is no longer an agent. If your experience was so good, it looks like getting a quality listing agent from forsalebyowner is the challenge? I put my house on the market 3 weeks ago. Question 1 How long will it take to sell my house ? I live in the northeast.I talk to my a agent and have a realtor that out my house on the market. My real question is can I sell my house with forsalebyowner.com and does it go against the my realtor ?I say this becuase I want to move out soon and forsalebyowner.com doesn't have a commision but they charge a flat rate fee and lisit my house on 5 websites instead of just realtor.com .
