What rights do Tenants, who are renting a listed (For sale) property, have in Ohio?
We recently rented a home from a very nice lady who lives out of state. The place was up for sale and is up for sale until the end of Dec. The landlady could not back out of her contract, despite her desire take the home off the market. Since we have moved in, we have been harassed by the Realtor. She has called both our home phone and our business phones, wanting to schedule open houses and showings w little less than 24hrs or no notice.She has even tried to come into the house unannounced. We have no problem with the house being shown, but we have requested at least 24 hour notice and even have it written into our lease. She has demanded that we leave the home while she is showing it. She has not had one showing in the entire time she's had the listing until we moved in? Our landlady has repeatedly told her to give us notification. She refuses to do so. Again, we have no problem with her showing the house w at least 24 hr notice. She has told us she doesn't have to give it.
What does this mean on a For sale property? Emd to be held with listing office. Buyer Responsible for acr.?
What is acr and Emd ? does anyone have any advice for getting cash for renovations.
Is it illegal to go into the backyards of vacant (for sale) property without an agent?
There are no trespassing signs posted in the front windows, but they are up so high that most people cannot even read them. The real estate company has their own additional sign in the yard. Does the potential buyer need to have an agent with them before entering the property?This is in California, where many vacant homes are being ransacked and squatters try to move in.Then they use the yard as their bathroom
For sale property..How do I find out the owner of the property?
Hi...Ive seen a property I like. It is up for sale in this very difficult market..I like millions of others cannot get onto the property ladder for several different reasons. I would like to find out if the owner of the property would consider renting. However the only way I can find out if they are willing to rent would be going via the estate agent and asking them if the owners would consider becoming landlords..I can imagine from the estate agents point of view that they would not want to do this as they would want a sale..However will the currents stats for getting a mortgage for the average family wage earner being 15k things are not looking good..No lenders are willing to give an 80 % mortgage out...without astronomical interest rates Im wondering if there is a way I can find out who lived there before it went up for sale so I can speak to them and basically cut out the middle man...Is there a way to do this...?
In the present day world why do we continue to allow Realtors to hide for sale properties from us?
They inflate prices and do nothing constructive except to live of our hard earned money like a parasite.
