Where can I find flats to rent in Plymouth, MI?
I know in downtown Plymouth there are flats located above businesses and I am wondering how I can find out rental information about these places and possibly rent one. Does anyone know of any websites for this? I have tried Google and Craigslist.
How to find a list of flats to rent in Britain without a postcode or location?
I just want a comprehensive list across Britain for flats to rent. I'm not picky on where i could possibly live next i just want to find a nice flat. Web based searches on letting agency websites wont let me search Britain. can anyone help me solve this?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to move out within the next 2 weeks but don't have enough spare cash to pay for agency fee's, plus a bond, plus a month's rent.I know Gumtree has some listings and that's what I've been using so far, but are there any other websites that have flats to rent that DO NOT require tenants to pay an admin agency fee?I've searched Google and found a few, but they're " unknown" websites and they either turn up no results for my area Newcastle or they have a very limited selection. Best place to find rooms flats to rent in london on web?Im looking for the best website to find rooms flats to rent in London.Im looking for zone 2 3 for a better price per month, and also really want sites that include at least one clear picture.Sites like agentfreemove.com and loot.com all seem to have just text adverts with only a small amount of the ads actually including picture and full details.So any other suggestions you could provide would be extremely helpful. I would only inquire about the place if i got a solid and safe first impression from the listing and the two above mentioned sites give me no such thing really.

Hi everyone Right, so heres' the story, I'm looking for a 1 bedroom flat which I don't have to share, however, I am a bit worried that I won't find one that suits my criteria I'm looking for a 1 bedroom flat in south London with bills inclusive, all for 400 500 per month I know that's really silly, but apart from gumtree, there are no other websites, and estate agents are far too expensive I want to have a bathroom and kitchen to myself and I so do not wanna share I need a double bedroom for my husband and I . im looking to rent a 1 bed flat in kingston upon thamesbut really dont want to go through a letting agency as their fees are really expensive worse than ever i feel, in my experience they dont do anything when you've got any problems, in one of my last flats the roof was leaking because of a bathroom above, the whole ceiling was brown and they ignored me again and again and never did a damn thing. so i think its better to go via a private landlord as my experience with them is they have repaired faults whenever i ask.i desperately want to rent privately but there seems to be no properties or very few availablethe only place i have to look is gumtree.i desperately need to move soon but am losing hope.can anyone recommend any good websites for private landlords or local kingston upon thames websites or newspapers.there must be loads of private landlords who own property in this area, so where do they advertise?help thanks

Finding a flat to rent in the Isle of Man?
I have got some question but first let me explain my situation. I am 19 years old I have never had a paid job and I live in England, I have got a girlfriend and she is 16 and she lives in the Isle of Man and she don't have a job either. But we would like to move in together and rent our own little 1 bedroom flat in the Isle of Man, and I can't go and live with my girlfriend and her parents so how much do we need to save before we can rent our own place over there? Like how many thousands do we need to save between us? And does anyone know how much a 1 bedroom little flat might cost to rent in the Isle of Man? Going to view a flat to rent tomorrow - should I mention that I'm 13 weeks pregnant?
My partner and I have been privately renting for one year. We are very good tenants and always pay rent on time. We also have a guarantor.We are going to view a new flat tomorrow, however I am 13 weeks pregnant, baby due in august so I'm not showing yet and we also claim housing benefit.Should we mention this when viewing the flat? Or should I only need to mention the baby when it's actually born, to put its name on the tenancy?Also, as we have good references from our current landlord as well as a guarantor, will the fact we are 'DSS' applicants still be an issue?

My friend are planning to have a house party, and now a days our generation don't hold them in venues or halls but in their houses, but both our houses are definitely off limits and unavailable meaning we cant have them there. Parents suggestion were to finding a house to rent for a night which we'd make sure 100 % nothing got broken, damaged or trashed if by slightest chance did pay compensation? , and within a price less that 200 for use of 16 year old's based in north or west London. We've tried searching google and of course asking friends but it has proven difficult and we haven't found anywhere. Any suggestions as to how else we could go about this? Or anyone by chance who is willing to lend their house within those two parts of London hopefully. or anyone know a website which can help out? Any help is appreciated.Ps. Please no comments on why, iv not bothered to explain why we need to do this personal matters and no commentary like 'whys it so important' or 'why do you NEED to have a house party' just want a few hopefully helpful answers if possible, thanks.
