Hi, I'm needing to find land/homes for sale in cass county missouri.?
I'm not having much luck yet, everywhere i look online they want to charge me. does anyone have any ideas that are free? besides the newspapers. thanks.
I've Inherited some land, what can I do with it? And find land laws?
I've inherited an acre and a half of land in New Hampshire. the land surrounding it is owned by some conservation non profit. There is a spring on the land with me owning half of it, the NPO owning the other half. Also to get to the land you need to walk there through a lot of growth which takes about 5 minutes from a dirt road.Also can I use this property as collateral for a bank loan if I wanted to buy or start a business? It is worth 23 thousand.By worth I mean what the government says it's worth. I doubt anyone would pay even half that for the land

Why can't I find land to build a house on that isn't surrounded by trailers in central Alabama?
We built our last home in Odenville, Alabama 4 years ago. Now we want to build again, but everytime we find a piece of land 5 acres or larger , we find trailers all around it. What happened to central Alabama? The only place we see land without trailers for neighbors is Oneonta, too far out from work to commute and Talledega, husband doesn't like the area and it's far out from work,too. We've been searching for about 6 months, we've spoken with many agents.Should we just give up and go with land that has trailers for neighbors? Our contractor is ready to build, we're ready to build.I wish trailers were illegal. Gross.Who decided to sell all land within an hour of Odenville as open to trailers while we were living unaware for the last 4 years?Maybe if they weren't buying liquor and cigerettes, going to the races, and feeding their incredibly fat and grotesque bodies, they could SAVE up some money and live in something that doesn't harm other people's property values and harm the appearance of their community...Well, we had 9 acres at our last house and we don't need that much this time. 5 acres is ok. We like our space. We don't finance, we have no debts, not even a car payment, and we want to keep it that way. We have zero debts.We live on a budget and save. We cook and use cloth diapers. Some people have character problems and that's why they live like trash. They reveal the inside when they display the outside.Wait a minute, someone fat, drunk, and irresponsible anwered my question? Lol. Go figure.I'm only making comments about what I observe here with my own eyes, as opposed to making comments from another state, about things I've never experienced...
How to find land / property records?
My house was build in 1990, after a tornado wiped out half of our street in a november 1988 tornado. 3 people died in that tornado on this lot & i'm trying to find more information about them. I dont know their names. How can i find preferably free property records?
