How can I find Off-Market Class A commercial real estate for sale in Washington,DC?
I have secured a major european buyer who is interested in purchasing Class A Office Buildings here in DC. Unfortunately none of the major commercial brokers are willing to co broker with me, and most will not return my calls or emails. I assured all of them that I can supply certified financial statements, a brief biography of the buyer and whatever else they need. Seems no one is interested in my offer, even now during the financial crisis. So I need help, I need to find off market buildings for my client to buy.
