Question: Are there any us banks that loan money for buying property overseas? i am an american and work in the us.?

They only will if they have a branch in that country. They will not loan where they have no legal jurisdiction.

Generally, no. US banks have no method of perfecting title against property in foreign countries and thus will not lend on it as security. you might be able to get a loan based on your US credit history and provable income -- but it won't be for anything like a cheap rate, nor will it be long term. And, it probably would require payment in full if you move out of the US.
