How secure to buy land in UK?
Recently I been approached to buy land in UK by a sales person from a company called " Profitable Group profitablegroup.com " with an indeed lots of plus point that interest me to step into this deal. However, I am getting pretty scared when hear many people get cheated as they did bought through few unstable property deal company. I have also heard that there are people bought it then it didnt' turn out as per what they have been informed during purchase period.I am a malaysian and would like to know how secure it is for me to close this deal?Thanks in advance for your view.
Im malaysian bought land in uk for 20000 so do i need to pay tax now and later i sell it at 150000 do i paytax
