my agent and i are in the process of making an offer. i signed the purchase agreement and now my agent rwill give it to the lisitng agent then to the bank.but my agent asked for my bday,home phone,address then last 5 digits of the social security.then he called me again and said he got a mistake and he needs my 1st 5 digits of my social security,is that really so,,do i need to give those informations.pls let me know the process and if im doing right..i'll really appreciate it.im a 1st time home buyer.ty in advance,pls.

Would like to start the process for buying a house but need some help.?
I would really like to move into a house from an apartment but I need help with some of the process.My husband works full time and is going to school full time right now and I am staying at home with our toddler and expected child while also going to school. I understand that when applying for a loan or mortgage they will not take into consideration my score because I am not drawing an income. My husbands credit score is bad but we have been working on it, we cleaned it up the best we could with income tax money and it raised it to 598. We were able to get a car on his credit recently so I know the payments will help raise his score over time. Some questions I have are What is the best way to go about starting the process when you have bad credit? We are first time buyers, are there any programs or benefits?Another question I have is our rent is not on his credit reports but we have paid it on time only being late once by a day for the past 3 years. If we can get record of this will it help with getting a loan despite the credit score? My husband has also bought two cars in the past that were never put on his report but I believe we can get records of them too.Any answers or suggestions for my family would be greatly appreciated. My husband and i would like to start looking at applying for loans and getting per approved for a home loan, but I seem to remember once being told that some banks would give you a discount or lower the APR if you had taken a home buyer class or something like that. I live in North Dakota but we are looking at MT, SD and ND all. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to go about BEFORE applying for loans and or getting per approved?PS. We are both young Under 25 and this will be our first time buying a house.

How do I buy a house with little to no credit?
Hell im a young adult, I graduated high school last year and went to community college but hated it so I dont plan on going back anytime soon. I however hate my town and hate my state in general. I've had enough with Massachusetts so I wish to move away but I cant afford to rent an apartment so I wish to buy a house in Florida and start my life with a career with exotic animals. Unfortunately I have pretty much no credit since I've only been working dead beat jobs for a couple of years and im about to turn 20 next month. How do I obtain a small, inexpensive house in Florida with pretty much no credit to my name? My mother has bad credit so shes outta the question and my sister is living fine on her own.
