I am in college right now and there are houses for around 600 800k. 3 floors each having 4 bedrooms. You can get from 750 850 per bedroom. My parents have very good credit but have other expenses that they need to pay for. I am going to school and will eventually be in medical school and I would like to do this to help with my loans. Is there a way my parents can buy one of these houses without putting any money down? Because the rent will cover the mortgage taxes as long as it is a 20 30 year mortgage. There is a guy I've known for a few years, who likes me, this is very clear through our ongoing communication. I could definitely see myself in a relationship with him as well. Ok so I went to this new town.. And i contacted 1 realtor to begin with. I haven't signed any papers or anything, so I don't have any legal agreements attached. She has a property that she has listed that I am interested in and would like to pursue. I Also contacted a 2nd realtor, just to get extra point of view. Here's my question Would it be best to go with the second realtor to pursue the property, so she would work in the best interest for me and not her other client. I just think if i went with the 1st realtor it would be hard to represent us both. I don't want to get a enemy or have hard feelings if I don't go with the 1st realtor. So what are you thoughts???
