As Greece is in such financial trouble, is it a good time to buy a property?
As Greece is in such a bad economic situation, is it a good time to buy property? Are prices lower now, etc. I have found some properties that look nice but I am not sure if it is a bit risky buying a house at this particular time does anyone have any advice?

Hello.I live in a housing association flat.The rent is approx 400 a month.Im quite friendly with a neighbour.This neighbour is on the dole and on housing benefit.Recently he has come in to big lump of money. 150,000 from a deceased relative.He could buy a small flat in the area for about 120,000. He seems reluctant to do so and wants to stay renting in his existing flat. He will lose all benefits now. I think he is mad for not buying a place now. What do you think he should do or what would you do.?dont forget hes not working at the moment.thanks.?

all the documents are registered...seller has 45 cent land .. in that we are planning to buy 25 cent land .. this seller bought this land in 2002 which is registered property...documents are clear , this particular seller bought land from a local family close by which is inherited property he bought from a person who has minor child that time its mentioned in the documents he is having minor child and father did the signature and sold to my seller in 2002.my question is does minor child that time is a major now, who is living close by to this land .....has any right in future ..........?????????

Hello.At the moment i rent a 1 bed flat for 90 a week but with all bills on top . I live in a good area and am fairly happy here . My Realtor Bought a property that I wanted to purchase...?
Hello, I wanted to purchase a property in California, cheap and a fixer upper. I called my Realtor and he said he'll go and see the property for me. I called him back and he stated that the property was not livable. The next day I called the listing Agent and she told me that someone already put an offer on the property, come to find out it was my Realtor.Is there a Legal or Ethics case here? I have been trying to call Him back and he hasn't responded to none of my calls or emails. Thanks Where can I find the Board of Realtor's in my City or State? Is this a Legal issue?
