Do all estate agents do credit checks?
HeyI was wondering if anyone knew whether ALL estate agents do credit checks in the UK?I dont know where to find this info out except calling every single one.ThanksFor renting.

Are all estate agents crooks?
Been looking for a flat in London for some time now. Every time I ring an agency about the advertised flat I get an answer of sorts " We're sorry for the mistake on the website but the asking price is different..." , " This property's been taken but we've got some others in the locality..." obviously dearer and crappier ones . Does anybody have a positive experience with agencies in London? And I don't mean the posh ones that charge 600 pw upwards for a small apartment.La Comtesse DeSpair, some of those properties had been advertised for long time day after day, some been posted only minutes ago, so there's no way they could've been just taken. I imagine the agencies lure in the customers by displaying attractive images of properties which are not for rent, really.

Do all estate agents do a credt check when renting? are there any that dont?
i will be looking to rent somewhere soon and beens as my ex cocked my credit score up i wanted to know if any estate agents dont do a credit check?

All estate agents UK, informing of problems when selling?
We have a on going problem with next door, re boiler, noise of flue, discharge of mist smell of gas into one of our bedrooms. The house has been sold, did the owner has to inform the buyer of this problem.Did the owner HAVE not HAS to inform the buyer of this problem.
