prices crashing far lower than any down trend in exchange rates so where are the people that dreamed of retiring and heading to the sun

it looks like some owners seem to be at the desperate stage in trying to sell their property i have notice several villas dropping over 100000 euros even though the pound v the euro is poor ,do you think it would be a good time to buy ?? or do you think it would be wise to hold back and see if the pound becomes stronger ??
Leasing property from tenant that's buying property under land contract?
We want to lease rent an small office in a large building. The current tenant is buying the entire property on land contract. We are discussing renting from the current tenant, so would we be considered as sub leasing? And would we have to have permission from the owner to lease part of the property?We are not leasing anything yet. But the current tenant is buying the property on land contract. Who do we need to contact to lease a portion of property and what would we be considered?
I have been thinking about buying property in the US.I live in Australia, is it risky to do this?
I have been looking at properties on a website called Propertyindex.com this particular website coverts US dollards into AUS money so it gives you a basic idea of the price that you will be expected to pay for each property.There just seems to be so much available in the States, there's so much variety and its a lot cheaper that Australia.People that I speek to about this think its a risky investment idea.If anybody has had experience with this or can offer any usefull tips I would really appreciate it.Many thanks.Olivia
How does one begin the process of buying property in another country?
I've recently become interested in the possibiltiy of buying a houseboat in Amsterdam and subdividing it into two or more vacation rental apartments. I found some private listing and the cost, depending on the individual houseboat, isn't totally prohibitive. My main question is how do I find a reputable realty company or broker in another country specifically Amsterdam, Holland ? And do I apply for financing in my own country, the country of the purchase, or some other type of financial institution? Thank you in advance for any helpful info
How do you buy property in third world countries?
Does anyone know how you would go about buying property in third world countries. Such as Trinidad and Tobago, Belieze, etc. I can't find realty websites. Is it one of those things were you have to go down there to find out whats for sale?
